Learn Self-Breema. Simple body exercises that help you arrive in your own presence at any time in everyday life.
In the Self-Breema classes, we devote ourselves to our own practice. With light, natural movements, you learn to bring your attention to your own body while we sit, stand, or walk. There is nothing special to achieve other than being present.
Afterwards, these powerful little exercises are easy to weave into your daily routine. They are like small anchors that help you come to rest in yourself again at any time.
We learn to listen to our body and to move in a way that feels natural, pleasant, and effortless.
The exercises follow a natural rhythm. We don't rush toward the next moment, and we don't hold on to the past.
We give ourselves fully to the one movement we are doing right now. In this way, we bring body, mind, and feelings together.
